NextDayPC.com is part of NextDay Network, Inc, a California corporation. Resellersonly.com is the website for our reseller partners to manage their customers and our reseller relationships.
How much does it cost to get an account?
Creating an authorized reseller account is still free. However, by reaching certain sales goals levels you can obtain a VIP status which includes additional features that are not available to authorized reseller account holders.

How long will it take to set up my web storefront?
Your storefront is created as soon as you have created an authorized reseller account. You can add
your own logo and other company information once your account has been created.
The whole process takes between 5-10 minutes.
Who is eligible to create an account?
Anyone can create a free authorized reseller account, even if you’re just creating the
account to get wholesale pricing on our products. However, most of our resellers
are computer resellers, consultants, system integrators, web developers, and
other providers of IT products and services.
Do I have to abandon my current web site to have my own NextDayPC.com
storefront?
Your NextDayPC.com storefront can serve as your online store if you prefer to
maintain your own site. You can simply a link to the storefront if that works
better for you.
How do I create an authorized reseller account?
Go to the “Create an Account” area and complete the application. After you have
filled out the application you will receive a verification e-mail. Just follow
the instructions in the verification e-mail and you are ready to go.
How is pricing set on my NextDayPC.com storefront?
You determine the product pricing on the NextDayPC.com storefront. You currently
have the option to mark up your products between 0 to 15%. For example, if you have set
your commission rate at 10%, it means that if you sell a product $1,000 , you
will receive $100 in commission.
What is the most successful commission rate?
It is extremely difficult for us to tell you exactly what the most successful
commission rate is. Since most of our resellers work on a local level, our
advice is to keep local pricing in mind. If you are targeting a national
audience please be aware that you are also competing with other retailers on the
Internet.
How and when do I get paid?
NextDay Network sends out commission checks twice a month, on the 1st and 16th
of every month. Commission checks will be sent out if more than $25.00 in
commission has been accumulated. The commission check contains the commission
accrued 30 to 45 days prior to the issuance of the check. We do this to
allow for returns and other customer service issues.
For example;
Order 1 -
12th January - > commission will be paid on
February 16th
Order 2 –
26th January -> commission will be paid on
March 1st
What type of pricing does NextDay Network
have?
Due to the collective buying power of our resellers, NextDay Network has
excellent pricing from all of our distribution partners. We will continue to
leverage the purchasing power of our expanding Network to get you the best
pricing possible from all major distributors, and from vendors for special
bundles and promotions.
How do I save money by signing up with NextDay Network?
- You do not have to maintain and host your own storefront, saving you
potentially hundreds of dollars every month.
- The financial transactions take place between NextDay Network and your
customers meaning that you do not have to wait for your customers to pay.
- NextDay Network manages the billing, order tracking, and credit line management so you can use your capital to grow your high
margin services business.
- We take care of customer returns for you so that you don’t have to.
- Our proprietary Fraud Protection System ensures that only authorized
transactions take place. You don't have to worry about fraud and we assume the
risk.

Will this free service always be free?
We have not charged any fees since starting our business in 2000, and at this point we have no intention of charging you for our services. The
revenues we generate are directly linked to your success so it is in our own
best interest to keep you motivated.
Does NextDayPC.com ever sell directly to my customers?
No. All commissions from the sale of the IT products and services sold on
NEXTDAYPC.com are credited to individual resellers. However, if your account
gets canceled we reserve the right to contact your customers and offer them an
alternative.
How will my customers find my NextDayPC.com storefront?
The majority of the traffic should be generated by you. We cannot favor one
reseller over another but we do offer tools for your own web site and other
marketing tools to generate traffic. However, the most successful resellers are
not the ones with the most traffic but with a large group loyal clients.
How can I market to my customers?
NextDay Network will provide you with promotional emails that you can forward to
your customers at your option. In addition, we sometimes
offer product promotions that you can extend to your customers to
further increase sales.
What type of marketing is done on my behalf?
Our goal is to increase your sales by offering the most popular manufacturer
brands for your customers and we do that on the NEXTDAYPC.com storefront. On the
NextDayPC.com storefront we display popular manufacturers, promotions, coupons,
rebates and special limited time offers. We do not however contact your
customers directly because we feel that you should be the one in control of the relationship.
Can I sell anywhere?
We are currently limited to distribution to the United States only.
Can I sell your products on eBay?
We advise our resellers not to sell on eBay, unless they take title of the
products themselves first. Because pricing and availability fluctuate every
single day we cannot guarantee the availability or the price by the time your
auction has ended. In order not to risk your reseller rating, we therefore advise
you to purchase the product yourself before offering it for sale on eBay.
What payment methods are accepted?
You and your customers can purchase with a credit card, purchase orders (after approval),
wire transfer and bank check. We offer leasing on a credit approved basis.
How does your quotation/proposal tool work?
We offer a very convenient way for you and your customers to place an order. You
can quickly create a proposal for your customers by adding one or more products
to the shopping cart. If you are logged in as a reseller you can quickly convert
this shopping cart to a proposal. All you need to do is send to the proposal
number to your customer. Your customer can then go on to NextDayPC.com, enter
the proposal number and within a few clicks, the order is placed.
Can I import customer data into my NextDayPC.com storefront?
Yes, we make it easy for you to import data from Act, Microsoft Outlook and
other formats. Our customer service team will work with you on this to make
it as simple as possible.
How is my customer data protected?
We feel as strongly about safeguarding your customer data as you do, so we employ
industry-leading practices to protect that data.

Your customer data is hosted by Rackspace, Inc., one of the most reliable hosting partners in
the United States. They monitor the health of all of our systems and use state of the art
software and hardware to prevent unauthorized access.
How can I track orders to NextDayPC.com?
We know it is very important to know exactly is happening with an order. At
various stages throughout the order process your customer and/or you will be
notified of any changes. This includes an e-mail with tracking information so
you and your customer will know when to expect the products. Resellers can also
get real-time information on Resellersonly.com, and your customers can go to
NextDayPC.com to get order tracking information.
Where are the products shipped from?
NextDay Network has relationships with numerous distributors across the
United States. Through these distributors we have access to nearly 60 warehouses
were products are stored. When you or your customer places an order we will try to ship
the product from the closest available location. In most cases, this means that
products that are delivered within two to three business days. Of course you
have the option to expedite shipping at a higher price.
Does “NextDayPC” mean that everything will be delivered overnight?
No, it does not mean that all shipments
are shipped through overnight courier. We do however process all orders on the
same day that they have been placed if they have been placed (out cut-off time is 3:00 PM local time). If you are unable to place an order before that time, but you still
need overnight delivery you can always call our toll-free customer service number to see if we can
expedite a shipment for you.
Can I still use my existing web site?
You can add a button, banner or link from your website and encourage your
customers to visit your NextDayPC.com storefront. Our technical team will work
with you to make this as easy as possible. Some of our resellers have decided to
shut down their
own web site and point their domain name to the NextDayPC.com
storefront.
Do I need to know HTML?
No, you do not need to know HTML to manage your NextDayPC.com storefront. Everything
is quickly and easily accessed through your browser.
How safe is my information?
The privacy of your information is extremely important to
us. You will be able to view complete customer information on your customers through your ResellersOnly
Account. No one else besides
our order processing department and our customer service staff has access to
this information.
Can I link my NextDayPC.com storefronts to other web sites?
Yes, please do so as often and widespread as possible.
